Backwater Valve Installation
Mike came out in person to respond to my request to have a backwater valve installed in my home so that I could prevent any possible back flow of the City sewage or water into my drain system. Mike was very knowledgable and provided a high level of customer service. The job was arranged in a few days and his crew did the installation in one day, which included the inspection by the City! Everything was cleaned up with care. Mike came back later that day to settle the bill and even helped me fill in the City rebate online so that I could mail it the next day. When dealing with your drain system, it is important to have someone that you can trust. I researched many other companies but found Mike’s website to be the highest quality and he clearly explain the City rebate program. I would recommend Mike and his crew to any home owner that is considering having this installation.

My house had a problem with wastewater being unable to drain into the City's main pipe. because of tree roots are blocking the sewer pipe and some point pipe bursting. I contacted Mike from Water Guard.Mike is a very good person that he is honest, responsible and reliable. He explained the process and was supportive to get the this project completed.His team did excavation of outside 15 foot section of damaged sanitary sewer in front of the house and under foundation.Replacement of 15 foot section of drain, installation of exterior cleanout (access point to the pipe) backfill,compaction, soil removal and gravel finishExcavation at the property line , pipe bursting of 38 feet fixed of outside drain to the city property line.and Backwater valve installation. Mike and his team did the excellent job. I strongly recommend Mike and his team. Thank you very much.^___^

I replaced my watermain line after discovering a leak near the foundation of my house. Despite how stressful the experience was, Mike and team were fantastic. Mike is very knowledgeable which made made me feel at ease. He helped fill out the very long and detailed insurance claim forms and was super patient with the many questions I had. They dug a trench outside of my house during the deep freeze in January with -25 Celsius water without a single complaint. The work was completed within the day.I also has Mike do an inspection of my sewer pipes and I very much appreciated his honesty (something worth doing but not an immediate need).Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be hiring Water Guard Plumbing for future jobs!

Sewer Line Backup Sag / Repair (Basement & Outdoors).Mike & his team were great, professional from start to finish.The repair was a large undertaking with digging up an area of the basement and digging a 9-10 ft hole in the front exterior of the house to get to the sewer line. Once the repair was complete, everything was cleaned up and put back in place, looking like they were not even here!We felt Waterguard not only approached the repair well but went the extra mile taking all the parameters and precautions into account.We will definitely use Waterguard Plumbing for our plumbing needs in future and won’t hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.
