Michael came to my home, a long drive from his base location, just to see first-hand my situation and provide me an accurate quote based on his findings. More importantly, he also was able to provide me a prompt opportunity to get the job done, AND assured me his team would be done in 1 day! Now, the latter part of that promise may be a story to tell over a few beers, but in the end, he made good on his word, and after his team worked one long, gruelling and unpleasant day, my issues were completely rectified. I am now about two-weeks post their repair, the ceiling drywall has not been replaced, so I can assure you their part of the work is sound and dry.I should note, again, not trying to set unrealistic expectations, but there was a minor issue that his team must have detected as well, completely unrelated to anything Michael and I spoke about, where I discovered two new shiny copper fittings installed! They just went ahead and fixed something they saw, and no, it was not some inflated charge added to my bill. They are just good at making things right.

We had our waterline break Thursday night, and these guys answered our call on Friday afternoon Mike firmed up for a Saturday repair. Slava and his crew showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and got to work. They were courteous and very respectful of our home and property. They not only made the repair, they removed the hazardous original lead service. No easy job in the middle of a storm! Clean up was impeccable. This is without a doubt one of the best Contractor experiences we've ever had. Heavily recommend this company!

These guys are freaking amazing. They came on short notice to replace my lead water intake line to the house in Hamilton. Got the job done basically half a working day and the worksite looks as if no one just dug a 4 by 4 foot hole. I’m not kidding when I mean things looked undisturbed it was literally spotless. Great work guys and thanks for the getting everything done just in time for Christmas. Highly highly recommend these guys. I will be using them again to water proof my basement as well. Yes they do that too!

I cannot give enough praise for Michael and his team. I was dealing with a major leak from the main water line and I was so fortunate to find Waterguard Plumbing. This company is fanstastic and I highly recommend them. I found Waterguard on Homestars cause I had a leak problem in our basement and the plumber who did the work for the renovation was not giving me a date to come and do the work. I am so happy that I found Mike and his team. It was easy to get everything started with Mike and he came when he said he would come, same with his guys. They worked very hard and clearly explained their findings as they went along. I felt that I was given the information to make an informed decision. They did the work as promised at a reasonable price. They guys were respectful of working in our house and left the site clean. Besides a good job well done, I appreciate that Mike did not string me into any more work than what was needed, but still gave me a full assessment all the pipes in our basement and how they worked with the new ones installed.

I would highly recommend Water Guard Plumbing! Michael and his crew replaced all of the clay pipes/drains in our basement, installed a new backwater valve and upgraded our water supply line. Within 3.5 days, all of the work was completed. The crew was efficient and clean, and the best part was the price. Our quote was significantly less than other companies we had in to quote. After a lengthy search to find the best and most reliable plumbers to replace severely tree-damaged clay sewer line pipes outside and under my basement floor, I am eagerly and happily writing this review to notify potential Water Guard customers.This team of remarkable hard workers (not to mention very considerate and kind) did an ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE replacement of the sewer line pipes at my home.All this work was done seamlessly during a summer heatwave. They never stopped and skillfully did the job without interruption facing the challenges of excavating through the irregular circumstances of rock-filled ground conditions, resulting in even more laborious work. They completed the entire replacement on the second day and proceeded to clean up a huge mess of rocks, roots, clay pipes, neatly re-cemented my basement floor, leaving no trace of the extensive excavation that was required. All took only 2 ½ days. Unbelievable.Mike was always approachable even throughout his busy schedule and very fair in making this cost affordable to me.This company is relentless in pleasing the customer!
